LUPITA’S CLEANING SERVICE RESPONISIBILITIES:

Lupita’s Cleaning Service guarantees your complete satisfaction. Our most important responsibility is to clean and maintain the beauty of your home. We strive to make your home a showplace at which others will marvel. Lupita’s Cleaning Service is also responsible for notifying the customer of any scheduling change that the office may have to make. At all times, our customers can expect to have the utmost respect from Lupita’s Cleaning Service’s employees.

Lupita’s Cleaning Service strives to give the customer an honest and fair resolution to any problems with the cleaning, and full resolution of any other issues that may arise.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITES:

The customer is expected to provide the cleaning team with a reasonable “Clutter Free” and safe working environment. Please make sure that water and electricity is in operation. The cleaning team can’t clean if the water or electricity is not in operation.

Customers are also responsible for the restraint and safety of their pets. While teams will not carelessly leave doors open, they do have to hold the doors open to enter and carry in the equipment. If your pet bites, please make sure they will not interfere with the cleaning.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with a clean, please inform the office immediately. It is important that you do so, since it is difficult for Lupita’s Cleaning Service to improve our service, unless we are aware of the problem. If a customer feels they did not receive a good clean, we will send the teams back the next business day to correct the problem at no additional cost.
